ByteDance officially launched the Chinese version of Trae, german eroticisms China’s first AI-native integrated development environment (AI IDE), on March 3, according to Chinese media outlet Yicai. The platform is powered by Doubao-1.5-Pro and allows users to switch between DeepSeek’s R1 and V3 models. Previously released overseas with GPT-4o and Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Trae offers similar functionality in China. It supports intelligent code completion, bug fixing, and natural language-based code generation.
