In the video, host Lewis George Hilsenteger takes a look at dummy models allegedly from manufacturers in China of various new iPhones, but the iPhone 17 Air is the one you really ought to see. If the leak proves to be legitimate, then the Air could be even thinner than expected.

At its smallest point, it measures 5.65mm thick, making it tinycompared to the 8.75mm Pro Max model. For reference, that's even thinner than a pencil, if you can remember those.

Hilsenteger immediately worries about the possibility of the phone bending, though that's impossible to test until the real phone is in people's hands. As previous rumors have suggested, the iPhone 17 Air appears to sacrifice some hardware features to achieve that level of thinness. That means it will likely have just one camera lens and could have a smaller battery capacity.

Lately, new iPhone 17 leaks and rumors have been coming hard and fast. Already this week, we reported on a recent leak that suggested the iPhone 17 Pro will allow for new levels of case customization thanks to an extended camera bar. Beyond that, Apple is reportedly planning on doing a new budget "e" model iPhone, which could end up on the annual iPhone release schedule.

Despite sacrificing cameras, an ultra-thin iPhone could certainly become the most fashionable choice, especially if it easily fits in your pocket — can you imagine?
