The Democratic representative from Southern California walked into the Capitol on Thursday morning in full Batgirl regalia, complete with a mask, a cape, and crime-fighting knee-high boots. In photos available for download on the National Republican Congressional Committee website, Porter completed the look with a purse full of paperwork and an iced coffee. We love a vigilante on the go!

Porter's solo costume at the Capitol has the same energy as writer Katie Dippold's Babadook experience, which went viral after she tweeted about how she was the only one in full costume at a "grown ups drinking wine" party.
