Here's the next thing after Lean In.
Sheryl Sandberg on Watch Ignite Vol. 3 OnlineThursday launched the community website for her new book Option B: Facing Adversity, Building Resilience and Finding Joy, which shares her experience dealing with grief after the death of her husband, David Goldberg.
Like Lean In, Option B incorporates Sandberg's personal story. Goldberg, who was a key figure in Lean Inand its advice to find a partner who will share the burden at home, died of a cardiac arrhythmia two years ago.
Lean In prompted the launch of "Lean In circles," which encouraged women to join small groups to discuss their careers and lives.

The book, and its community, encourage readers to share their stories of overcoming adversity, to join discussion groups tailored to their experiences, and to then follow expert advice on moving forward.
While Sandberg's own story is focused on grieving, so far Option B's website lists groups for health, illness, and injury; abuse and sexual assault; divorce and family challenges; hate and violence; incarceration; and raising resilient kids. Readers can also submit their own ideas for groups focused on other topics.
To join the Option B community, you just need an email address and a photo. The book comes out April 24.
