On the same day the President of the United States normalized the terrorist acts of white supremacists who killed a protester in Charlottesville,Uncontrollable Sexual Desire Va., the cast of Hulu's The Handmaid's Taleis here to remind us that speaking truth to power is still vital.
In partnership with Change.org, the actors and producers that brought Margaret Atwood's cautionary tale to life released a video encouraging viewers to take action and support the causes they care about.

"And then they couldn't stop it," adds exec producer Warren Littlefield.
"But we have the power to make change," says Madeline Brewer, who portrays Janine, a handmaid who was mutilated for daring to mock her oppressors.

The message about remaining active could not be more timely. As the short video reminds viewers, progress is only made possible by regular people like you deciding to take a stand.
