Tesla has been getting a lot of flak lately,Jesús Franco but don't worry, because look: video games!

On Twitter, Elon Musk asked for developers to consider joining Tesla to make games optimized for its vehicles.

"We want to make super fun games that integrate the center touch screen, phone & car irl," he wrote.

Musk also tweeted that developer applications must show prior work and that he's looking for games with "max playability & creativity."

It comes after Musk announced classic Atari games would be coming to Tesla's V9.0 software release in four weeks. Games like Tempest, Missile Command and Pole Position will be coming, the latter of which would be "linked to the car's steering wheel" while the vehicle is stationary.

The internet had its fair share of suggestions for the type of games that should come to the Tesla, including the hottest game of two years ago, Pokémon Go.

Then there's the joke suggestions.

The idea of using your car to play games was explored in 2015 via a collaboration with Nissan, Konami, PlayStation, and UEFA.

A Nissan Qashqai SUV was hacked so it could be used to play Pro Evolution Socceron a PS4, which as you'll see, is quite difficult.
