For his chilling homemade costume of the Game of Thronesvillain,Dear Utol (2025): Chick! Episode 47 a Filipino cosplayer rightfully took Best Costume over the weekend, at the AsiaPOP Comicon 2017.

The most elaborate part of the outfit, his mask, was sculpted out of clay and latex, and took about a week to detail, with the help of two friends, Evangelista told Mashable.
While Evangelista wore blue contacts in the mask, he fixed blue LED lights inside to properly mimic the Night King's piercing wintry eyes in the show.
They certainly achieved the intended effect:
The whole costume took about two-and-a-half weeks to make, and Evangelista wore it around the convention for six hours.
He had to take two breaks in-between, he said, adding that he could see and breathe normally behind the mask.
