A library in Danvers,Watch Swap (2024) full movie Massachusetts has a simple request for its patrons: Could you please not pay your fines in Chuck E. Cheese tokens?
The Peabody Institute Library issued the plea this week after "a surge of folks" tried to pay off their fines with the tokens, along with tokens from the similar local arcade Bonkers. Plus, seemingly, Canadian coins.

The four tokens pictured in the library's Facebook post are the only ones the library mistakenly accepted, staff said. But that doesn't mean more well-read Chuck E. Cheese patrons won't try.
Kids, don't try to trick your librarian. Spend those tokens on something fun at the real Chuck E. Cheese instead.
