The Watch Massage With My Husband Onlinefood-delivery wars never end, and now Amazon has a new play against Postmates and UberEats.
The Whole Foods owner just partnered with Olo, a restaurant software system used by many popular fast-casual eateries. The partnership means that most restaurants using the Olo system will now be available for delivery on Amazon Restaurants.
For the most part, these are the kinds of places you can usually only order from on Postmates: fast-casual restaurants that don't offer their own delivery. Think Chipotle, Applebee's, Sweetgreen, Shake Shack, Chili's, Red Robin, Noodles & Company, and Jamba Juice.

“Amazon’s obsession with providing great customer and restaurant experience supports the evolving expectations and behaviors of today’s consumer. We’re excited to connect more of Olo’s restaurant brands with Amazon Restaurants.”
Amazon Restaurants is available to Amazon Prime members. Besides competing with all the other delivery players, Chipotle delivery also gives Amazon yet another edge in its continued quest for every human on the planet to sign up for Prime.

“This integration will enable Amazon Restaurants to onboard new restaurants with ease, as well as quickly add more new choices and delivery options for customers.”
